Do I need IPADS?
You can use Ophemy for creating events, sending invites and getting RSVPs as well as selling tickets and taking attendance. You only need IPADS if you want your guests to be able to place orders for food/drinks or merchandise during your event. Ophemy allows you to add Staff who will support your guests by responding to orders as well as add food/drinks/merchandise and menus for display on your kiosk IPADS. If you need help, we're happy to help you get set up.
Do I need to issue out receipts to my guests for tickets or orders made at my event?
Not you don't have to, Ophemy already automatically sends out receipts to your guests on your behalf - for both paid and free items.
Can my staff take orders through Ophemy at my event?
Yes. The very essence of Ophemy is that your guests can place orders and your staff can also see and process those orders after being notified.
Do I have to pay to use Ophemy?
No, Ophemy is completely free, however to enjoy some additional features you can subscribe to one of our paid plans.
I need help with setting up my venue
Absolutely! We can help; simply send an email to support@ophemy.com. Our consultants will provide you with any details you need to get set up for free and walk you through the process. If you'd like someone to help you physically set up your venue and event - we'll be happy to do that for a small fee.
Is Ophemy open for use outside Canada?
Ophemy's initial launch is focused in Canada, but we'll be opening up to the US and other locations in the near future.
I need Ipads & Stands, can you help?
Absolutely! We are happy to lease you ipads and stands for your event. We have a few packages to choose from based on which one best fits your plan.
When do I get paid after an event?
You'll get paid within 3-7 business days from the completion of your event. Payment will be made to your preferred payment method either Paypal or Check (draft) mailed to your address.
What payout options are available?
Paypal & Cheque (Draft).
Can I sell tickets with Ophemy to my guests?
Yes, our integrated platform allows you to create different ticket types and automatically send invites to your guests. If your guests accept the invites, they'd be required to make payment if the ticket isn't free.
Is there a restriction or limit to the number of tickets I can sell or invites I can send?
There's no limit! You can invite as many people as you want to invite or as few as you'd like.
