The Great View Dashboard

When you logged in to the Ophemy app, the “Great View” dashboard will greet you a warm welcome. The dashboard is comprised primarily of the general data inside the app. This will provide you the quickest summary on what you have on your account up to that day.

A. The Date

The upper right corner of your Great View dashboard will give you the latest date for the day. You can also choose from the option of the start date which you wish to see your transactions and events up to the current date.

1. Click the small calendar image.

2. Choose the start month, date and year. Choose also the end month, date and year you wish to check for transactions/events.

3. Click Apply

B. Total Sales

The total sales will give you the quickest detail on your current sales from all of the transactions/events you have in the Ophemy app.

The “View More” button will not only give the total sales and transaction history details for all of the events you have organized but also the complete transaction information including the total revenue generated on your account. You have the option to check from which date you wish to view all of your transactions.

A graph on this page shows the increase and decrease on all the orders and tickets as well as the total sales for a specified duration

C. Completed Orders

“Completed Orders” is the second icon you will see in the Great View window page. This shows how many orders you have been completed in the app.

The “View More” option will lead you to the “Manage Orders” page. At the “Manage Orders” page you can have a complete view of your events including the day it started and ended. The page also lets you know the status of every event and the action you have taken on a specific event.

D. Pending Events

“Pending Orders” is found at the middle of the Great View page. “Pending Orders” gives you a quick view of all your coming events.

Just like the “Completed Orders,” clicking the “View More” option in this icon will lead you to the “Manage Orders” page.

E. Ticket & RSVP

“Ticket & RVSP” icon of the Ophemy app will provide you the complete ticket reports on your invited guests and attendees.

You just have to select the event you wish to see the attendance record and click the submit button. Once the request was submitted, the app will load the details of the event’s attendance and shows a graph of the Attendance Analysis.

F. Attendance

The “Attendance” icon in the Great View page of the Ophemy app will provide you the complete attendance report when you click the “View More” link.

G. General Stats-Events

Another part of the “Great View” page is the General Stats-Events. This is found in the middle of the page. Beside it is the display of the current date and time along with the day’s event. General Stats-Events shows a total of 5 circles. The large circle comes ahead of the four to show how many events are coming on its way. Meanwhile, the four other circles shown in numbers are labelled as Live, Published, Drafted and Past events

H. Revenue- Monthly Stats

The “Revenue-Monthly Stats” is found in the last part of the Great View page. This shows the complete revenue earned from the 12-months of the year. The graph in this “Revenue-Monthly Stats” shows a comparison of revenues in each month using the US dollar currency. You can use this automatic graph to know which month has the highest revenue and which has the lowest in the Ophemy app.
