Manage Payout

The “Payouts” us an easy access to get the best view of your earnings from customers. This includes the pending payouts or accounts receivable and the accounts balance that was already paid. Follow these simple steps to open the “Manage Payout” page in the Ophemy app:

1. Click the drop down arrow located beside your account name.

2. Click Payout.

3. This will take you to the Manage Payout page where you can check all your pending balance in CAD$ currency.

4. When you have a huge number of events in the Ophemy app and is having trouble viewing everything in the list, the Manage Payout has an option to filter the results. Click the “Status” and it will show you two options to view all your events.

a. Pending- The pending option in the status will filter everything in the results page to give you only the accounts receivables or pending accounts.

b. Paid- The paid option in the status will filter everything in the results page to give you only all the paid events.

5.The “search” bar beside the status in the Manage Payout page is the best way to easily look for an event. You can use the search bar to view a specific event you are looking for.
